Refund and Returns Policy

At [Shree Kana Jewellers], we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

- Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any) intact.
• Non-returnable items: The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
• Earrings
• Sale or clearance items /1 gm gold Plated jewellery cannot be refund and returns.
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within [ 10–20business days] to your original method of payment.
• Shipping charges Rs 100 are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

- Exchanges
- Exchange Delivery Time Total estimated time: 10–15 business days from the date we receive the return.
- Tracking details will be shared once the exchange item is dispatched
- Return or Exchange delivery timeframe ,exchange product will be delivered to the customer in 25 to 30 days
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48hours] of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund and replacement product will be delivered to the customer in 25 to 30 days.

- Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within [12 hours] of placement, as we begin processing orders promptly. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
